Founded by Frankie, a U.S. Armed Forces veteran and certified fitness expert, Third Level Fitness is more than just a gym—it’s a movement. After earning his B.S. in Physical Education from East Carolina University, Frankie dedicated his career to helping others unlock their full potential. He has professionally trained individuals in the sciences of fitness and nutrition across several high-profile gyms in the Triangle area, including serving as Fitness Director in North Raleigh.

Frankie is also a certified Kettlebell Instructor (HKC) under Pavel Tsatsouline of Dragon Door and an accredited personal trainer. His training philosophy combines science-backed methods with real-world experience to deliver powerful, personalized results.
