Youth Fitness and Performance Camps at Third Level Fitness

Third Level Fitness youth camps are held seasonally. We have two unique camps starting June yearly for your child’s level and age!

Our Youth Athletic Performance Camp is designed for Middle and High School ages (12–18 years old). This camp will take your young athlete to the next level! We will focus on proper strength training form and progression. This camp will teach your young athlete proper mechanics to maximize running, jumping, change of direction, and reaction time.

Our Young Movers Camp is designed for elementary aged children (7–11 years old). This camp is an age appropriate program designed to focus on movement patterns that will help your child be more confident with their own movements; be more active; and excel in their sport!

Youth Athletic Performance Camp
